    La Bouche at the Fort is open as follows: Tuesday - Friday - 9 am - 7 pm for snacks and drinks Saturday & Sunday - 9 am - 5 pm for snacks and drinks Monday - Closed Food is served as follows: Tuesday - Sunday - 9 am - 2 pm
  • What time is hot food offered?
    Hot food is available from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 am until 2 pm

  • Is the cafe wheel chair accessible?
    Yes, we offer full wheelchair access. Head towards the end of the corridor using the right-hand door leading into the cafe. If you need help please speak to reception or feel free to call ahead of your visit.
  • Do we need to book a table?
    You do not need to book a table to eat at our cafe, however we do recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment. Sometimes we can get very busy, especially on a Saturday morning.
  • Do I need to be a member of the club to visit the cafe?
    YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO VISIT OUR CAFE!
  • Are dogs welcome?
    We allow all well-behaved dogs. Free dog treats are offered below our special board!
  • How do we book/hire the conservatory & have Louis cater for us?

  • How do we book a celebration cake?
    You can either use the website: www.cafelabouche.com/custom-cake Or pop into the cafe and speak with our baker Amy.
  • What’s the next pie flavours?
    Louis changes the flavours every two weeks, look out on our social networks for updates on pie flavours and posters around the cafe & club.
  • Do you do private outside catering?
    We do offer this service, our website provides most details that we offer. However, if you would prefer to speak to someone either pop by the cafe or call us on 07568570202
  • Are there gluten free options?
    We offer 80% off our menu is gluten free and is all made fresh using the appropriate utensils making sure there is no cross contamination.
  • How long do your cakes last when taken away?
    If bought from our cabinet you have three days to eat & enjoy. If it’s one of our celebration cakes we also say three days making sure it stays fresh when eating.
  • Can you deliver a celebration cake?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
  • Do you offer a high tea or cream tea?
    Yes, we offer both options. Our cream tea is £7.99 per person and gives you two fresh scones, served with clotted cream & jam plus any of our hot drinks. Our high tea is listed on our menu options.
